SelBuk AI is the mobile CRM for businesses that sell in the field: distributors, wholesalers, route sales and anyone who invoices away from a desk.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Invoice in three taps. Pick the customer, pick the products, review and send. A-E price tiers and per-customer discounts are applied for you, and tax is worked out automatically.

• Share the PDF right there. By email, by messaging or saved on the phone. And if the customer wants paper, it prints on a Bluetooth thermal printer.

• Every customer, with their history. Balance, statement, their own price list, orders and payments. A 360 view without looking anywhere else.

• One payment, many invoices. Split a single payment across as many invoices as you need. The receipt comes out as a PDF.

• Who owes you, and since when. Receivables with aging, sorted by what has been waiting the longest. Current and overdue, always in sight.

• Your stock, up to date. Real stock by warehouse, with cost, movements and a full Kardex. See what your inventory is worth.

• Your team in the field, with GPS check-in. You know the stop really happened, at what time and who made it.

• Reports that come ready. Sales, ABC inventory, low stock and tax collected. Nothing to build. Export to CSV.

• Nothing left undone. Activities and tasks per rep, as a list or on a calendar, with overdue items always visible.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL

Invoices, orders, payments and check-ins are saved on the device and sync on their own when the connection comes back. No sale is lost because there was no coverage.

On a tablet the screen splits: the list on one side, the record on the other, with a menu rail. More rows, fewer taps.
