Ratings and reviews

Just was trying to install the app before my new blinds arrive. I am having the same issue another user had: Install the app, and then it won't let me sign in or create account. it just freezes on that screen. I'm unsure if the app was designed specifically for Ios, and then was attempted to be migrated to Android, but as an Android user, it appears to be utterly useless. It's really disappointing from a company like this.

Pros: -Each window shade can be dragged to be open a certain % and the shade will open until it reaches that set point. Cons: -App requires location access on first setup. after, users can switch to Bluetooth only. -In order to sync a remote, users are forced to use the app to setup. After that remote works standalone with Bluetooth disabled on phone. -The app layout is clunky. -Each room can't be controlled with a single command for all shades in that room. That must be done with the remote.

I was going to raise my previous 2 star review after my issue was resolved, but have run into yet another issue with the blinds. This time I have one in limbo that, after attempting to factory reset (following the instruction of support), cannot be re-added to the app. The support is once again unhelpful, and I haven't heard back in weeks. Thankfully it somehow still responds to the remote, but I can't change it. Dropping down to one star until these expensive blinds work correctly.
