Just was trying to install the app before my new blinds arrive. I am having the same issue another user had: Install the app, and then it won't let me sign in or create account. it just freezes on that screen. I'm unsure if the app was designed specifically for Ios, and then was attempted to be migrated to Android, but as an Android user, it appears to be utterly useless. It's really disappointing from a company like this.

Buggy and needs refinement. It feels like something that was rushed out and will need some patches to get right. You can program shades to operate at sunrise / sunset but it just cycles them, it needs to be able to send open / close signal. I don't want my shade I manually closed to open itself at sunset.

Select Blinds has gone off the rails. This app is horrible. For two days, I've tried to connect the remote without success. Why require an app? I bought Select Blinds a couple years ago, no issues. Push a button on the blind, push a button on the remote, connected. Now I must download an app that doesn't work, give my location and whatever else they're collecting. The app doesn't open in order of info it needs. Just when I thought I had it, it would not set because I didn't name my home first.
