Select Blinds has gone off the rails. This app is horrible. For two days, I've tried to connect the remote without success. Why require an app? I bought Select Blinds a couple years ago, no issues. Push a button on the blind, push a button on the remote, connected. Now I must download an app that doesn't work, give my location and whatever else they're collecting. The app doesn't open in order of info it needs. Just when I thought I had it, it would not set because I didn't name my home first.

This App is the absolute worst! I've tried so many times to get our blinds (9ea.) to function. Ive talked to tech support. Which wasn't helpful. We have spent over 2 thousand dollars on blinds that don't work! Very disappointed! Very frustrated!

Basic functionality is there, but Matter integration with their own bridge is not working and their support is useless. I have also noticed issues with time-based schedules that I assume are using GMT instead of your local time.
