All my attempts to use this app are failures. It's a bug nest. Every few weeks, I try to use the desktop web, mobile web, and Android app to access my policy information. Not have I been successful. I get an error message with almost every tap or click. I understand that stuff breaks once in a while. But this feels like nearly every feature (even logging in or resetting password/username) is chronically unusable. I'm so sad.

Great company, good app. The only improvements I reccomend are: 1) Retain the biometric login during updating. I use biometrics to avoid memorizing complex passwords. Every update I have to reset me password, and it always at an inconvenient time. 2) Have the ability to include additional coverages when requesting a COI. I have to bug my agent for a COI every time I go to rent equipment. Being able to get that through the app would save so much time. Do those and you get the 5 star rating!

I Tried to open the app and set up the finger print security, but I couldn't get past the notice about anybody having fingerprints stored in my phone could have access to my account. so there we sit, can't go forward can't go back! this app sucks!!!.
