All my attempts to use this app are failures. It's a bug nest. Every few weeks, I try to use the desktop web, mobile web, and Android app to access my policy information. Not have I been successful. I get an error message with almost every tap or click. I understand that stuff breaks once in a while. But this feels like nearly every feature (even logging in or resetting password/username) is chronically unusable. I'm so sad.

I Tried to open the app and set up the finger print security, but I couldn't get past the notice about anybody having fingerprints stored in my phone could have access to my account. so there we sit, can't go forward can't go back! this app sucks!!!.

error code 605. unexpected error. it had been working. no place to do fingerprint login. is there any way to install an old version? also installing this gets 2 games installed also. grrr.
