All my attempts to use this app are failures. It's a bug nest. Every few weeks, I try to use the desktop web, mobile web, and Android app to access my policy information. Not have I been successful. I get an error message with almost every tap or click. I understand that stuff breaks once in a while. But this feels like nearly every feature (even logging in or resetting password/username) is chronically unusable. I'm so sad.

Gave them 5 stars in 2020 6 years later and not a single claim or issue on my end they doubled the price of my insurance. they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know they would be doing this. I set up auto payment and realized while going through my bank statements It cost double.

I Tried to open the app and set up the finger print security, but I couldn't get past the notice about anybody having fingerprints stored in my phone could have access to my account. so there we sit, can't go forward can't go back! this app sucks!!!.
