About this game

Izzi is a 2D platformer where the heroine is inside a rectangular container and moves it with her own pushes. The player does not directly guide the character through the level: he rotates the container and selects the desired angle to pass difficult sections. The combination of movement from the inside and control of the entire structure turns each route into a task of precision and calculation.

In the Izzi level, the heroine rests against the walls of the container, displaces it and helps move forward. The container can be rotated, so the straight path is rarely the right one. Somewhere you need to place it on a narrow edge, somewhere you need to change the angle in front of an obstacle, and in another place you first need to prepare the position and only then continue moving. The player monitors the heroine, the shape of the container, the free space around it and how the chosen turn will affect the next area.

Passage to the Izzi is based on a sequential selection of solutions. The wrong angle can stop the movement, leave the container in an awkward position or block the further path. As you progress, the obstacles become more complex and the room for maneuver becomes smaller. Selector gradually requires you to calculate the rotation more accurately, understand the result of the push in advance and not waste movements unnecessarily.

Progress in Izzi involves mastering the mechanics and completing increasingly demanding levels. The main improvement is the ability to quickly see the working position of the container and more confidently control the heroine inside it. Each completed section provides practical experience: the player better estimates the size of passages, notices safe corners and is less likely to drive the structure into a dead end. New tasks combine techniques already learned in more complex combinations.

The long-term goal is to complete all available levels, handle difficult parts more consistently, and reduce the number of unsuccessful moves. In Selector there is always a reason to start again: check a different corner, go through a cleaner area and beat your own result!
