They do not tell you upfront that you cannot ship sample from your country. I had a loss of USD 400 due to this. I couldnt ship back the samples and they did not give full refund even though the mistake was at their end.

The app is stuck on the first screen .. even when I input my email and password to it won't open the app up, just refreshed to sign in page have tried uninstalling and re install and that hasn't worked eather . Also, it would have been nice if I could have got my DnA kit Before my subscription timer started. . cause right now I am paying for a subscription service I don't have access too.... I hope I can be credited for the time it takes to actually get my DnA kit/results...

A necessary tool to improve health. Has a lot of useful information. Usually it took hours of googling to find useful and relatable genetic information. SelfDecode has well researched information, well seggregated and personalised, and it just took a couple of minutes to understand what is required to address my health condition. Absolutely loved it and would recommend it
