When I returned the car, I was unable to complete the return process through the app. Therefore, I was incorrectly charged an auto-extension fee even though the vehicle had already been returned. I also contacted customer support at the time and was advised that the agreement would be automatically closed in the system; however, this did not happen. Stay away! A proper trap. Dont get tempted by the initial booking pricing - they charge crazy added commission on toll fees, almost AED 100 on top of any parking or traffic ticket; they renew your lease for another month automatically without confirming with you will spiking the price almoat ~50%. Can't reach customer support after you book. They hold your deposit money until you manually claim it back (which you can only do 30 DAYS after returning the car). Full scam. Use a regular rent agency.

Very disappointing experience. The company has not returned my security deposit even after 2 months of returning the car. I have contacted them multiple times, but they always give the same response that they will refund soon. This feels extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would strongly recommend future customers to be careful before renting from this company, especially regarding the deposit.
