Very bad experience. They cancelled my booking just 15 minutes before the scheduled car collection time, after I had already arrived to pick up the car. They also held my AED 1,500 security deposit and the rental payment. They promised to refund the money within 5 days, but I'm still chasing them for my refund. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

Been renting with SelfDrive for 7 months and always paid on time. For 2 months, they've ignored my requests for rental invoices. Customer support is almost impossible to reach. Today, they remotely immobilized my car without any prior notice, even though my payment was due the next day. It happened after 8 PM with no support available, leaving me stranded. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service.not at all recommended. such poor services are not acceptable.

Beware of the financial fraud. Once you add your credit card into this platform, they continue to deduct money even after you return the car without any communication. You will need to have a close eye on your bank statements after using this platform. My deposit amount is still not refunded even after 40 days of returning the car. They have not provided any update even after repeated follow up.
