I cannot use the app. Every time I try to open it, the app says it's unavailable.... I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've called support and they told me to reset my password despite also telling me that they have no record of the attempted login. Obviously it's not a password issue or they would have that info.... I'm not going to reset my info, since that is clearly not the issue. I can login just fine on the website, which does show up in their system. APP IS BROKEN.

Horrible,... The "tech" team dose not know how to access profiles through its app that are associated with google, cannot use zelle venmo or paypal. Also having other problems associated with Federal credit Unions not being linked with each other as far as making deposits at alternate Federal credit Unions at a physical teller, somehow an ATM deposit below a dollar posted twice to do alternate Federal credit Union ATM...

Same as the unusable regular app. Tried after failed use of the same/ other app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times to no avail. This app is complete garbage. On a normal basis it would be a hassle, during this pandemic it is a hindrance, it is needed now more than ever.
