App easy to use. Monsey Glatt phone staff very understanding, friendly, helpful. Orders arrive on time, even accommodate preferred delivery time as close as possible. Today's order "problematic" following Pesach. Spoke with customer service, will try to complete order on Sunday & deliver (if at all possible). Highly recommend shopping Monsey Glatt. Update: Monsey Glatt is my "go to" store. Customer Service is EXCELLENT! Ordering online is easy... if any issues quickly resolved!
