About this app

KlubbOps is the phone app for grassroots sports clubs that run on KlubbOps. Managers, coaches and parents each get the part of the club that's theirs, instead of scrolling back through a group chat to find a kick-off time.

You'll need a KlubbOps club account to sign in.

FOR MANAGERS AND COACHES

• See what's next. Your team's training, fixtures, meetings and deadlines in one list, with the next one waiting on the home screen.
• Create and edit events, set the time and venue, and invite the team.
• Watch the replies land. Tap a reply count to filter the squad by who's going, who can't, and who hasn't answered.
• Check a player before kick-off. Medical notes, allergies, consents and emergency contacts, read-only and right there in the squad list.
• Run the session on the pitch. Mark who turned up, record medication checks, log goal scorers, set kick-off and full-time, and write up an incident if something happens. Submit when you're done and it goes back into the club's records.

FOR PARENTS, GUARDIANS AND ADULT PLAYERS

• Your child's invitations in one place. Reply in a tap: going, can't go, or can't go with a reason for the manager.
• See where and when, without having to ask.
• No club password to remember. Sign in with a one-time code sent to the email your club has for you.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL

Pitches and sports halls aren't known for their coverage. Your events, squads and session notes are kept on the device, so you can open the app cold and still work. Anything you capture is queued and sent the moment you're back online, and the home screen tells you what's still waiting.

BUILT AROUND YOUR CLUB

Your club's own logo shows in the app. Help out at more than one club and you can switch between them from any screen. People only see the teams and players they're entitled to see, and that's enforced on the server rather than hidden in the app.

WHO IT'S FOR

Community and junior sports clubs. Match capture in this version is built for football. Training, meetings, fundraising and the other event types work for any sport.

ABOUT THE ACCOUNT

KlubbOps is a club management system that clubs use to handle members, teams, fixtures, documents and payments. This app is a companion to it. Your club needs a KlubbOps account, and someone at the club gives you access.

• Club staff and volunteers sign in with the same email and password they use on the web.
• Parents, guardians and adult players are given app access by their club, then sign in with a one-time code by email.

What’s new

First release.

Sign in to your club to see what's coming up and reply to invitations. Managers can create
events, pick squads and record what happened on the day. Guardians can reply for their
children without needing an account of their own.

It works offline too. Anything you do out of signal syncs as soon as you're back.
