• With the Fast Login option, you can access your account quickly and securely with a glance or with your fingerprint and you can monitor payments made with cards in real time thanks to the MemoShop push notification service.
• Thanks to the Mobile Token, you can operate from your smartphone even faster and access your Internet Banking in complete security, without having to use other physical devices to generate one-time passwords.
• Connect the app to your Google Home device to access your accounts and cards from the couch at home using simply your voice.
• Manage all your accounts and cards directly from your smartphone. You can view your card PIN, you can temporarily suspend your cards and top up your prepaid card.
• In the section dedicated to Consulting and Investments you can consult your financial position, manage your fund portfolio and receive investment advice.
• With the new Sella app you can make bank transfers in Italy and abroad, telephone top-ups, pay bills, bulletins, Ri.Ba. and vehicle tax.

For almost a week now the app or even browser site is not working at all...what is taking you so long to resolve the technical problem that you're saying...you have to change all your computer experts...because this is not working for us who needs our salaries and the businesses that relies on online payments, pos and everything...nothing is working really. It's so annoying...

Slow. Does not have a simple user-friendly interface. Doesn't support the English language. The notification system sometimes works. Other times don't! The design is also very unattractive. Update Jan 2022: The overall experience has improved. The interface has gotten better. Still, no English language, which is very important for international users of a bank! The speed is still not satisfactory.

Aufull the worst client service that i ever meet! Been waiting for 2 weeks for an appointment to open an account and all i get are links for the details and after nothing happens! Their solution!? Another email with the same thing,: link for appointment request!
