None of your data ever leaves your device. Selvum has no servers, no user accounts and needs no internet connection for anything. Your vault exists only on your phone, encrypted with AES-256-GCM — the same standard used by banks.

HOW IT WORKS

When you create your vault, Selvum generates 12 unique words. Those 12 words are the only key to your passwords. Write them on paper and keep them somewhere safe — without them, nobody can access your vault. Not even us.

AES-256-GCM encryption with random nonce per operation Strong key derivation: Argon2id on Android, PBKDF2 (600,000 iterations) on iOS BIP-39 seed phrase with 2^132 possible combinations Biometric authentication using your device's native security Automatic lock on inactivity Clipboard auto-clears after 30 seconds on both platforms.
