I just installed it. I like the device, but the initial pairing process is a little cumbersome. Also the app can only be updated with a PC. I think once I get adjusted to the button controls I'll like it even more. Additional voice prompts for volume control and other connections would be helpful. The official Youtube video was good for install, nothing was mentioned about operation. They should incorporate an operation instruction as well in the video.

The app is working fine for a single intercom. It's refreshing pretty long with every app open, even when put back from the background. This is lame. Also please fix smart intercom pairing with QR code. It doesn't work for both iOS and android. It can't scan the code... Tried both ways, no luck.

This app is a joke! Still has placeholder texts on there after 2 years of no updates. Littered with bugs, unfinished features, unhelpful alerts and kindergarten UI designs. Really demonstrates how much these companies care for their customers. If your dream is to spend $300+ for a well-known branded headset that comes with a cheap kock-off looking app that barely works then go ahead and get one! For me, this is the last product I'll spend my money on for these companies.
