I just installed it. I like the device, but the initial pairing process is a little cumbersome. Also the app can only be updated with a PC. I think once I get adjusted to the button controls I'll like it even more. Additional voice prompts for volume control and other connections would be helpful. The official Youtube video was good for install, nothing was mentioned about operation. They should incorporate an operation instruction as well in the video.

could not proceed further after let's get your device connected. it works on an iphone but not on an android. please fix this issue asap.

i followed all the instrations and tried multiple times...still cant connect the 21-b with the app.it looks like its not recognizing it .
