Point your camera at any ticket QR code and get an immediate result. Sendd Events reads codes from Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and printed tickets. One scan checks the attendee in, no extra taps required.

Every scan gives you instant visual and haptic feedback. Green for a successful check-in, amber if the ticket has already been used, and red for invalid codes. You'll see the attendee's name, ticket type, and order details straight away.

Stay on top of your event with real-time statistics that update automatically. See total tickets sold, check-in counts, remaining capacity, and revenue at a glance. Break it down further by ticket type to understand exactly how your event is performing.

- Attendee Management:
Browse your full attendee list with powerful search and filtering. Look up guests by name, email, or ticket number. Filter by status — pending, checked in, cancelled, or refunded and by ticket type. Manually check in or undo a check-in directly from any attendee's detail screen.

Sendd Events is designed for the fast pace of event day. The scanner locks between reads to prevent duplicates, search is responsive and debounced, and the interface stays smooth, even with hundreds of attendees.

Managing several events at once? Switch between ongoing events from the scanner without leaving the camera view. Your full event list is organised into ongoing, upcoming, and past sections so you always know what needs attention.

Sendd Events adapts to your device's light or dark mode automatically. High-contrast status indicators and accessibility labels ensure the app works for everyone on your team.

Sign in securely through your Sendd account. Your credentials are never stored on the device — only encrypted tokens, which refresh automatically. Sign out with a single tap when you're done.
