With the Send My Bag app you can now check the location of your bag with one click no matter where you are in the world. We’ll also send you free push notifications with reminders when preparing your bag and letting you know when your bag is out for delivery.

Other useful features include the ability to upload customs information using your smart phone’s camera and the option to receive a free insurance upgrade by taking a picture of your prepared suitcase!

Not a very useful app. Very barebones. It only provides order tracking and points tracking. The "order" function simply leads you to the browser for a quote, when you click "update details" it also leads you to a browser. And the "contact" function is a list of numbers to call. No in-app chat. No function to fill in and access the packing list and documents to download, or prohibited items list, or how to label your package, or an FAQ. You are better off using the website on your laptop.

The app is glitchy. I still have to log into my acct online. Photographing bags for free cover upgrade doesn't work - it won't let you upload existing photos, and taking pics with the in-app camera doesn't work either. Also, you'd think they would use the app to let you know when the courier is close to come for a the collection - like Uber or Amazon - that's not the case either. The service itseld is good - I have used SendMyBag in the past,, but the app is pretty useless

In an email I was told that if I downloaded and used the app I'd get a free cover upgrade. So I did, and the app said if I uploaded a photo of the package I'd get a free cover upgrade. Did that, still no upgrade, I guess it was a lie. I'm not seeing the "better tracking experience" that was advertised either. So the app adds no value beyond the website, and in fact just sends you to the website for many things.
