I ordered in this October two USBs and 3 days later recieved only cartons inside. Then I informed Sendo's customer care center and received helps. Now I recieved my money back but it took times for contacting and persuading... IMPORTANT FOR NEW CUSTOMERS: Checking items while receiving in the presence of Sendo's shipper(s) are allowed and recommended.

Prices go up & down randomly, the goods quality is just like in traditional markets. However you have no chance to check the goods directly with your eyes & hands before purchasing like you can do in traditional markets. Sometimes it makes you disappointed when receiving the delivered goods with lower quality than expected.

If you guys can add english menu i will be glad too. I see some offer here better than on La..da or Shop.., but Vietnamese is not an easy language to learn for a foreigner... :) Thank you in advance and wish you all the best!
