Your City is the easiest way to make the problems in your city visible.

A pothole in the road, a broken streetlight, a neglected park, an overflowing trash can… A problem you encounter becomes a visible request when you share it. Report the problem you see in a few steps, let the relevant authorities see it, and let's create and follow up on the solution process together.

Because a better city starts with people who care about their surroundings and share what they see. You can contribute to your neighborhood, starting from your own street, support others in addressing their problems, and follow developments in your city.

To contribute to your city:

• Take a photo
Take a photo of the problem or choose one from your gallery. A photo makes the situation you want to describe clearer. Share a picture of the damage on the road, an area in the park that needs maintenance, or any other problem you see around you.

• Describe the problem
Specify what it is by adding a title, category, and description. If you wish, AI can suggest these for you. You can describe the situation you see and add details that will help understand the problem.

• Mark the location
Mark the location of the problem on the map. This way, citizens and the relevant municipality who see your post can understand which street or area you're referring to. Location information, along with a photo and description, clarifies the location of the problem.

• Share
Your report will be published after review and forwarded to the relevant municipality. A problem you've noticed becomes a shared experience that people around you can see and support.

• Follow
Track the municipality's response and changes in the resolution process. Receive notifications when your report is marked "Resolved." Stay informed about developments regarding the problem you shared through the app.

The map allows you to see problems in your city along with their locations. This way, you can go beyond a single post and get to know the needs around you more closely.
