Senit is the official technological solution of the RedOPA UFRO project, designed to strengthen coexistence and psycho-emotional safety in educational establishments in the city of Temuco. This comprehensive platform facilitates direct communication between students, parents, and staff for the early detection and management of school incidents.

Main user features:

SOS Alert Button: Allows students and users to activate an immediate alert in critical situations of bullying, harassment, or emergencies. These notifications are sent in real time to administrative staff, coexistence teams, and teachers in charge for the activation of support protocols.

School Coexistence Registry: Dedicated module for generating detailed reports on observed behaviors, situations of harassment, or coexistence incidents, allowing for auditable and secure monitoring.

Informative Content: Centralized repository with access to news, events, infographics, and psycho-emotional support materials segmented by school.

Profile and Tracking: A personalized section where students can manage their data and view their history of reports and activations, ensuring transparency in the process.

Security and Institutional Access:

Secure Authentication: Access is restricted to users on the pre-loaded official roster of each participating educational institution.

Data Privacy: The system operates under a role-based access control (RBAC) architecture, ensuring that sensitive information is viewed only by authorized personnel.

Informed Consent: The application integrates mandatory consent and assent modules to guarantee the ethical and legal use of the platform by minors and adults.

Senit is a support tool developed within the framework of the School Psycho-Emotional Support Program at the University of La Frontera, aimed at preventing risky behaviors and improving the school climate in high schools, colleges, and adult education centers.
