PRO TBS is the field app for the PRO TBS take-back and reverse-logistics platform, built for drivers, haulers, and processing plant teams who collect and deliver recyclable materials on behalf of Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs) and waste brokers.
Instead of juggling paper forms, phone calls, and separate spreadsheets, everyone doing the physical collection and delivery work uses one shared app that keeps every pickup and delivery order up to date in real time.
What you can do with the app
Confirm arrival at a pickup or delivery location and update the order status instantly, so your dispatcher and the PRO organization always know where things stand.
Take photos of collected items and containers to document condition and quantity.
Capture a digital signature as proof of pickup or delivery.
Record exceptions with a reason, such as a vehicle breakdown, no one present at the location, or a mismatch in items collected.
PRO TBS is designed to be simple and fast to use from a moving vehicle or a busy loading dock, with a workflow that mirrors how pickups and deliveries actually happen: arrive, confirm, document, and move on to the next stop.
