Ruined by tutorial This is actually a really useful app that I have used for a few projects now. The problem is that every time I use it I have had to go through the most tedious video tutorial for what seems like forever. Why on earth would you not include a SKIP TUTORIAL option for people that have used it before. It's so annoying now that I am uninstalling rather than watch this bollocks all over again.
Doesn't work for what I want. It's neat that you can take pictures instead of putting in measurements, but then you can't input your own furniture dimensions to help you rearrange a room, you have to select options from what they have, and you have to pay for the ones I need. Not worth it.
Terrible Experience The first iPhone version which was released some ~4-odd years ago was somehow better than this horrible Android port. Aside the painful time-consumption that is using this app, I find that you have to register to export even a simple photo of the the plan. Option B: Screenshot. But, oh wait, for WHATEVER reason, the developer seems to presume my creation is either their propriety, or a security concern-and thusly, prevents taking a screenshot.
So incredibly useful!! My old house has funky dimensions and it was maddening to try and visualize the possibilities for remodeling. This app fits the bill perfectly! Easy to use and completely intuitive.
Initial review: ok. Haven't received email for my account, so without full functionality, this review is incomplete. It is easy to use and intuitive to use. See potential in it!
Ambitious, but not even close in most cases. Did not even get the chance to compare dimensions, as the shape of the room rendered often was not rectangular like the actual room, but instead was a strange pentagon shape. No doubt due to limitation of using the camera, and guessing at angles/dimensions based on it. Nice concept, needs work.
