About this app

During shaft alignment work for rotating machinery such as motors, simply enter the 4-point dial and axial measurement values to instantly calculate the required shim amounts and the left/right movement direction and distance for both the front and rear feet.

* **Memory Function:**
Entered values are retained even if you close the app halfway through your work.

* **Calculation History:**
Up to 30 calculation results are saved in the history. Older entries are automatically deleted.

* **Measurement Data Storage:**
Save up to 30 final dial and axial values that fall within tolerance, along with the equipment name and coupling face distance. Older entries are automatically deleted, and you can also delete them individually.

* **Axial Switch:**
Press the "+=" button to toggle between "+ = narrow" and "+ = wide" for the axial gauge readings. Setting it to "+ = wide" also supports measurements using a feeler gauge.

* **Offset Function:**
Supports calculations with thermal growth or intentional offsets.

* **Average Calculation Feature:**
Calculates the results using the average of two separate measurements.

* **Gauge Inversion Feature:**
Supports calculations for situations where the dial indicator is mounted on the movable motor side instead of the stationary/driven machine side.

* **Dark Mode:**
It ensures high visibility in both dark indoor and bright outdoor environments.


**--- App Specifications ---**

* In this app, "Left" and "Right" indicate the orientation when looking from the motor towards the stationary machine.

* Enter the CP Diameter, Front Distance, and Rear Distance in millimeters (mm). Enter the Dial and Axial values in hundredths of a millimeter (1/100 mm). Please enter them as whole numbers (integers), not decimals.

* For inch/mil calculations, enter CP Dia. and distances in inches, Dial/Axial values in mils.

1. Enter the motor dimensions.

2. Enter the 4-point measurement values.

3. Check the "+=" button setting.

4. Press the "Calculate" button.


----- Feature Guide -----

* Offset Feature

Enable this feature to display offset input fields. Enter a value in the desired offset direction, and it will be reflected in the calculation results.

* Average Calculation Feature

Enable this feature to add extra dial and axial input fields. The app will calculate the results using the average of two separate measurements.

* Gauge Inversion Feature

Turn this on if the dial indicator is mounted on the motor side instead of the stationary machine side.
