QR code checkpoint scanning for guard rounds, verified against a secure token that supervisors can regenerate at any time. Optional, plant-configurable GPS location tagged on each checkpoint scan, so a supervisor can confirm the round was walked on site. Anomaly logging and missed checkpoint tracking written directly to patrol records. Shift swap requests between guards, with rosters managed by the security admin on the web console.

Digital visitor pre-registration and secure check-in/check-out confirmation at the gate, verified with an emailed one-time code. Gate photo badge capture via mobile camera. Visitor asset tracking (laptops, mobile devices).

🚗 3. VEHICLE REGISTER & 3-ANGLE AI TRUCK SCANNING
Inward and outward vehicle gate logging with master vehicle lookup. 3-angle AI computer vision truck scan (Front, Side, Rear) for license plate recognition and load status detection. Real-time entry vs. exit fraud comparison (plate mismatch, truck swapping, and load transition detection). Optional photo library upload capability for entry/exit images.

👥 4. EMPLOYEE GATE MOVEMENT & ATTENDANCE
Gate IN/OUT timestamp punches for plant personnel. Shared site movement register for shift handovers and personnel auditing.

Log unauthorised entries, indiscipline cases, and sleeping guard alerts with optional evidence photo attachments. Compliance drill tracking and site footfall census logging. Every case record carries timestamped created/updated-by details for accountability.

Explicit Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy consent checkboxes with version tracking. Admin-activated account registration gates (inactive/active status handling). In-app account deletion request flow with transparent data retention policies and audit masking to "Former user".
