The SentriKey ClientConnect app provides an easy-to-use way to interact with your real estate agent. Share properties, provide feedback on showings and share a calendar with your agent.

Ratings and reviews

The messages come, but don't include any information such as realtor name. They only include the date and time. This can be confusing when you get lots of showing requests and cancellations. The showings calendar doesn't work at all. It's always empty. Overall, I think you are better off saving the space on your phone and just replying to appointments in your email. It has been an extremely unpleasant experience.

The app is glitchy and misses appointments. Cancellation notifications often don't reach the clients. Also, the calendar does not sink with user's calendar. Overall, this is not a reliably working app. Same issues appear to affect Android and Apple products. Realtors are having a lot of issues with this app as well. If given choice I would use something else.

It doesn't create a calendar for you, or if it does, it is broken, which as far as I see is it's entire purpose. This app is completely 100% useless as is.
