Frustrating The app installed and worked on my Samsung GALAXY S4 just fine until the latest update. It wont allow me to update. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. No luck. What a waste of valuable time.
Embarrassing Galaxy S5. Ever since this last update it will never open the lockbox via bluetooth. Takes a few minutes for the "get access code" sometimes after a couple tries. Makes me look unprofessional, it's a little embarassing. For the price of the lock boxes and service this needs to be remedied yesterday. Going back to the card till that happens.
Won't Even Download Won't even download on my Samsung S 5. Called support and the best answer I got was that it should download. Unreal!

Samsung Galaxy S4 After a couple of update, they still did not manage to make it work. Tested it on 3 differents phones and 1 tablet. Works barely 20% of the time if you're very lucky. UPDATE: You finally find a way to make it work, but it take a very long time before the box open, enough time to make us look very unprofessional. UPDATE: Since update 2.1.4, it just doesn't work anymore. Do you think you could hire someone who knows how to program an Android App correctly. Please get rid of the team working on it fast.
Works flawlessly. Haven't used my card in months Just make sure u have Internet connection though!
