I had an update last week. showed 3 properties with a client. and I had to call every listing agent to send me temp code to open it. app doesn't work after the update. I had 3 confirmed showings. it doesn't even show on this app. it was embarrassing not able to open it in front of my clients and we have to wait 10-15 mins before the listing agents respond.

Automatically updated after I used a lockbox, and then the app wouldn't work at all. :( Tried restarting, but it was stuck on a settings error or a black screen regardless. Uninstalling and re-installing seemed to work... we will see. Need the card to work as well as the app, for backup!!! Too many problems, and it's way to stressful too have these issues in front of clients.

App works when it wants to, which isn't very often. To get it to start working again, I had to delete all cached memory, passwords, delete the app, restart the phone, put it in airplane mode for 5 minutes, then give internet access back, download the app, open it and was finally allowed to enter the login information. It's a long drawn out process. Putting this here, in hopes that it helps others, because IT support isn't terribly supportive.
