Alarm options include:

I love how this is a talking alarm and tells you what you need to do. I hate how it pops up in the middle of a call or other things I'm doing and it's hard to cancel it. It would be nice if it didn't just pop up as a notification that I have to click on and then go into the app and dismiss it. Why can't it just pop up in front of everything I'm doing with the dismiss key there, ready to hit right to begin with?

Works really well, only problem is that the alarms move when activated. After like a year of reporting that I bumped down a star. moving elements are poor UI choices. It tells me when alarms are dismissed or canceled, snooze works well, it resatablishes alarms when device resets (not fully tested after an update, but I feel like it works) generally great. I think I paid for it so I don't remember how ads are.
