Horrible platform. Takes half your paycheck in hidden fees. Absolutely absurd, I can't believe I lost over $50 trying to teach with them. DO NOT USE.

Don't use Senya. Not only do they charge you to accept a substitute position, but you are required to pay your own taxes from your pay. Even with their base pay plus incentives, taking the average of 20% for taxes leaves you getting paid less per hour when things are said and done. Say the base pay is $15 x 8 hours = $120. Minus Senya's fee of $3 leaves you at $117. Take the $117 minus 20% for taxes. You are now left with $93.60 ÷ 8 hours, meaning you really got paid $11.70/hr. Subs deserve more
