About this app
App Soluciones is Seonictech S.L.'s time and attendance application for its employees. It complies with the mandatory daily time and attendance requirements stipulated in Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute, in effect since May 12, 2019.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Clock in, take breaks, and clock out, indicating the work modality: in-person, remote, or travel.
• View your work history, including hours worked and the balance compared to your agreed-upon hours.
• Request corrections to clock-in/out records. No one can edit the record independently: corrections are approved by a manager and are tracked.
• Request vacations and leave, and report sick leave.
• View compliance incidents for the last 30 days, each with the relevant article of the law.
• Export your monthly record with its integrity seal.
IF YOU ARE A MANAGER OR HR PROFESSIONAL
• See who is currently clocking in/out on your team.
• Inbox for corrections and pending absences.
• Team non-compliance, ordered from most serious to least serious.
A RELIABLE AND UNADJUSTABLE RECORD
Each clock-in/out record is sealed with SHA-256 and linked to the previous one. A clock-in/out record is never edited or deleted: correcting it cancels the original—which remains visible—and generates a new one. This is what allows you to prove to the Labor Inspectorate that the record has not been tampered with.
It works offline: in a basement or on a construction site, the clock-in/out record is saved with its actual time and sent as soon as the network is restored, providing proof that it was deferred.
YOUR DATA
The time tracking system is based on a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR), not on your consent. Location tracking is optional and you can disable it at any time: denying it does not prevent clocking in/out, and the record remains valid. Accuracy is reduced on your mobile device before sending anything. No fingerprint or facial recognition is used. You can see at any time who has viewed your account.
There is no advertising or third-party analytics.
You need the credentials provided by your company: the app does not allow registration.
