The application is available for residents of the central Meuse region (Verdun metropolitan area, Damvillers-Spincourt, Sammiellois, Fresnes-en-Woëvre, Etain, Clermont-en-Argonne, Vaubécourt, and Ville-devant-Belrain sectors), as well as for those in the southern Meuse region (Portes de Meuse community of communes).
