About this app

GesCarga is the app for drivers of transport companies that work with GesCarga. It shows your assigned trips and lets you log when you start and finish them, without calls or messages.

BEFORE INSTALLING

This app doesn't work on its own. To access it, you need two things:

• that the company you work for uses GesCarga, and
• that an administrator has linked you as a driver.

If either of these is missing, you'll still be able to log in with your account, but the app will notify you that you don't yet have access. In that case, talk to the person who manages GesCarga at your company.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND

• Today's trips, pending trips, and trip history by date.

• Details of each trip: client, dispatcher, route, container, packages, weight, and empty container return.

• Cargo details: type, customs declaration, waybill, document, paperwork, channel, and notes.

• The assigned equipment.

• A button to start the trip and another to end it. The time is recorded instantly and is immediately visible to the office.

• A notification on your phone when you are assigned a new trip, even if you don't have the app open.

WHAT IT DOESN'T DO

• It doesn't use your phone's location. There is no GPS tracking.

• It doesn't access your camera, contacts, or files.

• It doesn't show you information from other companies or other drivers.

HOW TO LOG IN

With the same account your company uses for GesCarga. Login is done with a Microsoft Entra ID, and the app never sees or saves your password.
