Jumps around when I try to type a message...or it freezes. Very frustrating!

Challenging to get the app to work. First time putting in email and the password I got from the company did not work. Resetting as it did not work either. Frustrated. Need to have the app set up be with me the user to ensure my username is correct and password too.
