it doesn't work all the time not sure but I think it might be the area you are in it travel alot and alot of area s in new Mexico a text message will not send,this is my thoughts on it

Im sorry but it never worked for me ,not incoming or outgoing and i really tried to get it to work because i needed it to limit expensive calls my kids were taking from their mother that is incarcerated.

easy to use. simple and useful. no extra stuff I don't need. bravo!!!
