Ratings and reviews

At first it was ok but after the latest update it's just a bug. The application doesn't work at all and the service is awful. First it didn't let me use the app because of a message "install the new update" which my app was already up to date. So I deleted and install it again and oh my god every single step that I did was full of bugs. Afterwards I wanted to use a Scooby and though there was 4 Scoopys in front of me, it says it's unavailable. it's more expensive than other apps. What a shame.

I'd have to say İ used to use scooby like crazy in the past, it was both cheaper than the other apps and better, cuz it is faster, however their latest apdate literally changed everything, for instance you'd have to register everytime you enter the app, and from the last 10 scooters that i tried only 3 worked i called their service and they did nothing, they shamelessly told to go and pick anotger scooter cuz it doesn't work.

very bad service, i gave them many chances, and i requested to delete my account. i have tried 3 scooters , and none of them are working, and even the support team is not answering . çok kötü hizmet, onlara birçok şans verdim ve hesabımın silinmesini talep ettim. 3 scooter denedim ama hiçbiri çalışmıyor ve destek ekibi bile yanıt vermiyor.
