BarterGame helps creators, influencers, freelancers, and businesses to systematically record and document barter deals, collaborations, gifts, returns, and received products in a tax-compliant manner.

When you receive products, services, trips, in-kind benefits, or collaborations, you often need more than just a note. For tax purposes, accounting, the tax office, or your tax advisor, receipts, proof of purchase, prices, partner data, and relevant documents must be clearly traceable. BarterGame consolidates this information directly within each entry.

Instead of collecting receipts, screenshots, contracts, emails, photos, and notes in various locations, you manage your barter deals and in-kind benefits in one central location. You can record products using barcodes, search online prices, secure price records, manage business partners, and create credit notes, including cancellation documents.

BarterGame is especially helpful for creators and influencers who need to document collaborations with brands, receive products for content creation, or prepare in-kind benefits for tax purposes. Freelancers and businesses alike can use this system to efficiently record barter deals, gifts, returns, receipts, and supporting documents for accounting purposes.

For each barter transaction, you can save important information such as product name, brand, value, date, type, business partner, usage, notes, and supporting documents. You can add automatic or manual price records, upload receipts, or save screenshots and PDFs as needed.

For your accounting department, tax advisor, or tax office, you can export open, filtered, or selected entries as a ZIP file. This export helps you efficiently share and later retrieve information about in-kind benefits, barter deals, collaborations, receipts, and supporting documents. Alternatively, you can grant your tax advisor access to our portal. This allows them to directly access your entries and supporting documents.
