Absolutely horrible. If you search a customer name you cannot look at their ticket history. When you search tickets you can click a ticket to open and view it but when you select the back button. You have to completely type in your search again. This app could've easily just used the mobile version of the website as a template and it would be hundreds of times better than it currently is.

app is getting better but the key thing it is missing is that it always defaults to 1 labour type. cant be change, so techs need to close tickets off at office. always defaults to remote labor code. needs more filters for tickets. would be nice to see other things like estimates and invoices if you have access to those portions

current version is very broken. simple things like pull-down lists to change the filter view of tickets or changing the status of a ticket do not show makes it app completely useless.
