Ratings and reviews

Absolutely horrible. If you search a customer name you cannot look at their ticket history. When you search tickets you can click a ticket to open and view it but when you select the back button. You have to completely type in your search again. This app could've easily just used the mobile version of the website as a template and it would be hundreds of times better than it currently is.

the old app was unironically better for just about everything. was the old one optimized well for mobile? no. did it have a 1 to 1 layout that matched the web client, as well as have all the same functionality? yes. Everything on the new app might as well be "read only", because there ain't much else it can do

Absolute turd of an app. Better off using the website in a browser.

What’s new

Ticket Timers now sync with the web app. Start, Pause or Stop timers on Mobile or Web interchangeably
Fixed a sorting issue on the Customer Index. It is now sorted alphabetically by Business Name by default
Added Asset Button to the Customer Detail page for faster navigation
Added Filter by Customer to Asset Index
Added a Ticket Button to the Customer Detail page for faster navigation
Tapping Back from Asset Detail now returns you to the filtered Asset Index you started from
