It would be better if you were able to view correspondence on the app rather than being forced to use a browser. The app often doesn't let me use biometrics. It sometimes doesn't submit my payment when it is scheduled in advance. A chat feature would be helpful. update: The app still sucks- I am no longer able to log into the app. It says an unexpected error has occurred. I reset my password, but still can't log in. Reached out to support 2 weeks ago with no response.

AllKindsOf Krap
It doesn't matter what device you are on, you will fail. I really think their site and app are designed to make you late, which earns Servbank fees. Can't make payments, can't pay extra, and can't pay on a Sunday. If you use their secure messaging feature, they just always reply with "call us" no matter what your issue is, so that feature is useless. Based on numerous other reviews here about these same issues, im glad they are selling my loan!

You're app won't let me add any extra fees. Your website is slow as hell and wouldn't let me complete a payment because it timed out when loading. Everything else on my phone that uses internet and data is working fine, so this problem is on your end. Why am I fighting you guys every month to make a payment?? There shouldn't be this many issues everytime I try to pay. This is rediculous. It took over 10 minutes just to pay a damn bill online. But you have no problem calling 100 times a month
