I have reported multiple times over the past year that the app will not allow the Principal plus 10% payment, and they still haven't bothered to fix it or remove the option. It says you can't make a payment until you've made a payment. If they are this lazy with their app, how can I trust them with my loan?? We can't choose our loan servicer, and they know it, so they do as little right as possible.

One star is the lowest I could go. This app has not been responding on my Android mobile for the last three billing cycles of my mortgage payment. Not even able to get past the login screen as it just continuously loads. Very frustrating considering I'm trying to make a mortgage payment quickly and easily while on the and thru an app and not the website. I ended up using a computer to finally get access to pay my bill. Please fix mobile app!!

It would be better if you were able to view correspondence on the app rather than being forced to use a browser. The app sometimes doesn't let me use biometrics. It sometimes doesn't submit my payment when it is scheduled in advance. It would be helpful if there were a text chat bot for general questions with the option to text chat with a live rep if needed.
