I can not get into the app at all. Migrated from the TMS app. I never received my tax documents by mail, so I called customer service. I was told that they would be mailed to me---that was three weeks ago. I also reported that I could not access the website. I was told that a tech would work on it, and the problem would be resolved in 48 hours. It's three weeks later, and I still can't access the Servbank mortgage app. I need to get my taxes finished.

Life in the Twenties with Chris Cutting
No matter how many times you select the finger print sign-on, iris recognition or "remember me" option for this app, it never remembers. As soon as I log off, all the features are disabled. Poor execution. I have to manually log in each time. PLEASE FKN FIX THIS!!!!!

I've never had so much grief paying my mortgage online until now! Biometrics are turned on; but, won't stay on and I have to input my user name / password everytime I sign into the app...What's the fix for it defaulting and clearing my "remember me" and my biometrics?!
