Onix Nova — Field Operations

The Onix Nova mobile app connects technical and operations teams with their fieldwork: work orders, assets, and evidence in a single workflow.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Organizations that manage maintenance, installations, or asset operations and need traceability between planned and executed work in the field.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

• Work Orders and Tasks: View and execute your assigned tasks, with comments to detail what was done.

• Assets and Context: Link your activity to the corresponding asset; in compatible environments, use the camera to scan QR codes and quickly access asset information.

• Evidence: Attach photos and documents to support your work, findings, and closures.

• Time and Location: The app can request location at specific times (for example, the start of the workday or the start of work on an asset) and to validate the distance from the business center, according to your organization's configuration.

ACCOUNT AND ACCESS

Account registration and management can be done through onixnova.io or other channels authorized by the organization. The app is designed for users with access to the OnixNova platform.

PERMISSIONS

• Location: required for the time tracking and distance control functions described in the system settings.

• Camera: to scan asset QR codes when this functionality is available.

SYSTEM

Requires an internet connection to synchronize with the platform.
