Poor interface. Basic things are missing. There is a screen for opening a ticket,but no submit button. Absolute nightmare of an app. I tried to use this app to pay my lawn care bill and it accepted my credit card information gave me zero balance, and then deleted the transaction. Lame. Still have to send a check.

Won't let me login anymore after logging in through the website. I was also unable to pay invoices through the app. This app is very poor quality.

If you can't remember what user name you put in, you're screwed. There is literally no way to reset your password or figure out how to log in without that user name. There should be at the very least an option to send your user name using your email or phone number.
