Poor interface. Basic things are missing. There is a screen for opening a ticket,but no submit button. Absolute nightmare of an app. I tried to use this app to pay my lawn care bill and it accepted my credit card information gave me zero balance, and then deleted the transaction. Lame. Still have to send a check.

Every month I try to log into my customer portal. My password is NEVER recognized. I reset the password which takes a few tries because it keeps seeing the password selection screen as another security question. Once it finally resets I go to log in and then it just fails. I have had my service provider reinvite me as a new customer 4 times and have never once successfully logged in to my account. I always end up having to pay as a guest.

ACH doesn't work as a payment method. I tried once, received an error 'ACH Not Found', tried again, same error, tried once more after re-entering info, same error. I gave up and paid by credit card.
