since the last update the app doesn't recognise fingerprints stored on the handset. can you fix it asap

Absolutely appalling app, on my main phone, the app doesn't work on, other phone I have to have hotspotted, the keyboard keeps disappearing, I as k our office to report it and I'm told I'm the only one that has issues and keep my mouth shut, every engineer I speak to that uses it, has similar issues and they don't seem to get fixed, the issues just seem to be getting worse.

The app is slow and unresponsive to the back button/arrow. I have to press the back arrow so many times for it to respond. Needs to be fixed.
