Atrocious. This app needs an absolutely perfect connection, or you get stuck in a "connection time out" loop. If your signal strength drops by even a fraction, it refuses to send anything. Pictures are a vital part of the app's functionality, yet trying to attach even one picture to a work order is like pulling teeth. On top of this, if you have to switch screens for any reason, the app immediately kills itself, forcing you to start what you were doing all over again.

easy to use, almost as versatile as the normal computer site only issue i have is I cannot sign off on workorders as complete through the app otherwise it would get 5 stars

Horrible. Very confusing on first time user. After you download it requires a "log in" to your account. Didn't have account. When on location it says "not in range". Spend more time trying to log in than actually doing the work. Fix the app or stop requiring field techs to use it.

What’s new

FIXED
- There was an issue affecting the Decision Tree workflow with overrides. As a result, work orders submitted through the Decision Tree path were assigned either a wrong trade or a wrong provider. Overrides are now triggered correctly per issue list and dashboard settings.
- Decision Tree answers captured during the work order creation via the mobile app didn’t appear in the MS Excel work orders report in Service Automation. Decision Tree data is now properly populated in the report.
