lots of trouble with the new digital transition. won't let me perform deposits, bill pay. Bill pay is a complicated mess!! can't see transactions without digging deeply into menus. It rejects most things I'm trying to accomplish. I shouldn't have to spend hours trying to get on the accounts and accomplishing tasks. im almost tempted to get another account elsewhere. Never had so much trouble ever!! we don't need all the bells and whistles, just keep it simple to use!

Unfortunately this new app never allows me to transfer money. It constantly fails to load page, and I have to call to pay my bills. Oh BTW they charge for that service, even though the new app isn't functioning properly. The old app was quick, easy, and efficient. I never had any issues with it, and have used it for over 10 years.

Not impressed with the current version. There is a limit on how much you can transfer to your credit card account, that's new and counter productive. The quick view doesn't show you all your accounts with out extra clicks, and why because the programs built a bubbly GUI so there tons of wasted space and adds steps to see all the account balances at once. I would give the app 1 star but it still helps me not need to go to a brick and mortar so that's a small win.
