Remember this device is broken so you always have to get the text code, which is stupid cause if your on my phone in my app you have access to my texts. payments from you own account to your card don't show up for hours. charges to your card will show pending for a day, disappear for another and then come back. this app is horrible and these problems have existed since it came out, on top of many more, but they won't fix them. time to find a better credit Union that knows what there doing.

lots of trouble with the new digital transition. won't let me perform deposits, bill pay. Bill pay is a complicated mess!! can't see transactions without digging deeply into menus. It rejects most things I'm trying to accomplish. I shouldn't have to spend hours trying to get on the accounts and accomplishing tasks. im almost tempted to get another account elsewhere. Never had so much trouble ever!! we don't need all the bells and whistles, just keep it simple to use!

Doesn't work when you need it. I only use this bank to pay for my EU bills so when I check it once a month it decides to crash after selecting any option on the home screen. it also likes to give you pop-up ads for some of their services. feels more like a free version of a paid app than an actual banking app. some important features, like printing receipts for international bills, does not work and it doesn't save them once you pass that option.
