I've enjoyed the ease of this app in the past; however, for the past month or so, it constantly crashes. I'll open the app, login, and within less than 10 seconds, it completely closes - it doesn't seem to matter if I'm actively scrolling or typing something, it just closes. I've tried updating to no avail. At this point, it's just unusable & I have to complete all transactions from the website instead.

Remember this device is broken so you always have to get the text code, which is stupid cause if your on my phone in my app you have access to my texts. payments from you own account to your card don't show up for hours. charges to your card will show pending for a day, disappear for another and then come back. this app is horrible and these problems have existed since it came out, on top of many more, but they won't fix them. time to find a better credit Union that knows what there doing.

This new app has been terrible. Constant issues even trying to log in, being forced to change my password, and then being made to verify my device every other day, despite using the same device everytime. Then the amount you of times it just freezes, and I an unable to do anything. Very frustrating when wanting to quickly move funds from one account to another in a pinch. Unreliable, compared to the old app, which never gave me any issues.
