There is a bunch of stuff wrong with this new app. I have been a service fusion fan since we first signed on with them. This app is slow. Every time I open a new page, it is a new circle of death that I have to wait for. The fact that I cannot edit customer information or add emails from a work order is annoying. I am not a fan of this new app. There is a lot they have to fix. Even switching status is a loading problem.

I really hate this app.....It always freezes up. It is especially infuriating when you finish writing your notes and then go to upload it and the app just spins and spins. I will get stuck like that for over 30 minutes then suddenly time out and POOF your notes are magically gone. I have gotten in the habit of writing a few lines then saving it to prevent it from losing ALL OF MY JOB NOTES. It is so time consuming. Your app SUCKS!!! Complete and utter garbage.

Absolute trash. It struggles to perform even the most basic functions like capturing photos or keeping notes. To say its slow is a gross understatement. About as fast as windows 95 and just as obsolete. There are MANY home service apps better than this.Writing everything down on paper would be better tha. this garbage app
