Website needs repair. This app could be great, and for the most part it really is great - very informative, but it has a programming error. When asked to confirm my email address I select the tab and receive a code via email but each time I enter the code it states that it's invalid. I tried several times and then just gave up. This makes me wonder how my account is being managed if something as elementary as email verification can't be programmed properly.

My mortgage was recently transferred from Rocket Mortgage to ServiceMac, and the difference in app quality is honestly shocking. The app freezes constantly, and there’s no clear confirmation that a payment has actually gone through. That creates unnecessary stress because I’m left wondering if I need to try again and risk double paying. This is a basic function that should be reliable, and right now it’s not. Extremely frustrating experience.

After being prompted that my original app was no longer supported, and this app was needed I downloaded it. Put simply, it doesn't work until you go to the myservicemac web site and take steps outlined there (basicly recreate an account) then this app seems VERY nice. 4 stars (changed from 1 star) becouse it was so abnormally misleading on what to do at first, but very nice once you get it going.
