Website needs repair. This app could be great, and for the most part it really is great - very informative, but it has a programming error. When asked to confirm my email address I select the tab and receive a code via email but each time I enter the code it states that it's invalid. I tried several times and then just gave up. This makes me wonder how my account is being managed if something as elementary as email verification can't be programmed properly.

After being prompted that my original app was no longer supported, and this app was needed I downloaded it. Put simply, it doesn't work until you go to the myservicemac web site and take steps outlined there (basicly recreate an account) then this app seems VERY nice. 4 stars (changed from 1 star) becouse it was so abnormally misleading on what to do at first, but very nice once you get it going.

i wish i could give this app 0 stars. it's like it was made by a blind dog. if you login via the app, you'll be locked out of your account in the web app and vice versa. you have to go through the obnoxious process of resetting your password (which is 10x more absurd than any other app) damn near every single time you use this garbage. god help you if you try to do autopay... they might double charge you just for fun or send you a notification that you haven't paid. it's awful.
