I'm not sure what yall did with this recent update, but the way it's oriented... all of the buttons are right over the "home," and the back arrow buttons on androids. Just when this app is functioning well, y'all release an update that somehow makes it worse. 1 step forward, 2 steps back. You're doing too much.

Whoever made it clearly doesn't know what Software Design is, the maps button never pins to the right location, the buttons for the address are too small to hit, and now, regardless of if the place has an image or not, it asks you to "review the media" which only shows images you took! Not even the ones that are there from previous appointments. The app just gets worse every update.

I love that the support staff is very responsive. IF there is an issue it gets fixed fast. SM allows my office to schedule appointments based on proximity to another scheduled appointment cutting drive time and maximizing services rendered in any area. I can't think of a report needed that they don't provide in some way. I am able to customize and automate proposals, invoices and emails. Data import is super easy. The "Out of the Box" features make this the best CRM my company has ever used.
