The app is miles behind the desktop version which is too much of everything already. it's too customizable I guess it's to account for all the different types of businesses that might utilize it but I find so many of its features to be completely unnecessary the user interface is clunky and common Sense scheduling things and undo features are not present. as for the app it constantly needs to be updated It seems like a constant work in progress which is a little disconcerting after two years

I love that the support staff is very responsive. IF there is an issue it gets fixed fast. SM allows my office to schedule appointments based on proximity to another scheduled appointment cutting drive time and maximizing services rendered in any area. I can't think of a report needed that they don't provide in some way. I am able to customize and automate proposals, invoices and emails. Data import is super easy. The "Out of the Box" features make this the best CRM my company has ever used.

Every week we need to log back in and are forced to remember a password that needs to be changed constantly. It should obviously not be this way. It needs to keep us logged in unless we log out, like Facebook or literally any other app. I also have issues zooming in with attachments or pictures. I know that the owner of our company uses this app because he is forced to. In addition I can't add any notes to an already created calendar event, like color changes or additional upsellingofworkitems
