y'all need to do better. House Call Pro is a significantly better app than you guys by being more user friendly. At the very least make it to where I can look at contact media and simply swipe left or right on photos when I have them fully displayed on my screen rather than backing out of every photo and clicking on the next one.

I love that the support staff is very responsive. IF there is an issue it gets fixed fast. SM allows my office to schedule appointments based on proximity to another scheduled appointment cutting drive time and maximizing services rendered in any area. I can't think of a report needed that they don't provide in some way. I am able to customize and automate proposals, invoices and emails. Data import is super easy. The "Out of the Box" features make this the best CRM my company has ever used.

Whoever made it clearly doesn't know what Software Design is, the maps button never pins to the right location, the buttons for the address are too small to hit, and now, regardless of if the place has an image or not, it asks you to "review the media" which only shows images you took! Not even the ones that are there from previous appointments. The app just gets worse every update.
