I had a very bad experience with them. They picked up my car but didn't deliver it on time as promised, disrupting all my appointments. By the promised time, they hadn't completed the work yet. Even after sharing the chat, they are still denying the facts.

the worst service ever. they claim to return the car within the following day, but then the do nothing and create issues to delay and collect more money. in my caee and after more than 24 hours of collection, they sent me a quotation for the major service i have booked. the quotation included the oil filter that is included in the service asking me to accept it and that it will be delivered the following day!!!! you call the advisor and doesn't pick up. i wish there is a 0 star to give.

The app UI and experience are good and smooth, but unfortunately the service itself is very bad. They don't deliver on the date stated in the app and my car arrived with the key fob open for some reason. Once they take your car they start suggesting so many extra services without explaining the problems. Some of which are more expensive than physical shops or not even needed. Be sure not fall for that.
