Good idea for an app. Terrible execution on Service Trades part. Probably the most glitchy app I have ever used for work. Update: 11/24/25 the app is still terrible. when using the mobile app, pictures take a long time to label and some pictures go missing. Comments almost always disappear after they are made, sometimes they double, sometimes they automatically move to another ticket. My company is invested in this product but looking for an alternative.

garbage app made by morons. constantly changing it and making previous input information into the app disappear. dont waste your time or money. these people have no idea what they are doing. im disgusted with this app everyday almost a year into use with it.

This app WORKED ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Until the recent update of May 2023. I can no longer add definices or take photos and upload them. The new update has striped away the ability to DO MY JOB. How can I get the old version back before the update. Some one please help!!!! UPDATE MAY 2026... Still sucks....
