Ratings and reviews

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS HOME WARRANTY! Do your research. They don't even enter most companies with good ratings. First, the app is terrible. Second, I did file a claim and they assigned someone who doesn't even service my area. That right there should a red flag about what they do.

These people are not paying the contractors in a timely manner putting the contractor and you in a bad place. I paid the $125 service fee for my hot water heater and it's been a month with no hot water good thing we in the summer and it's extremely hot where my cold water is warm enough to shower. Spoke with the contractor and he being doing work orders for this company and haven't been paid in months. I wish I could give it -5 star

I used our chimney services and it was great I never had an issue I didn't have any issues scheduling it didn't have any issues at all it's a great service to use and I'll recommend it to others
