worst customer service. automatically detected amount rs 399 for dvp plan. adk to my customer care service man. he can't answer proper reason and again one day rs 299 detected for aeps wallet transfer and i checked my aeps wallet no money. again i complaint to my customer care service man. same answer. finally i realised my money is suvaga.

worst aeps using app. it is a cheated app, automatically dudected in money main wallet. maintains team no respond. not working customer care contacts . very bad services.

very bad experience..i deposit 5000 rs of customer through Aeps .. customer not received payment in account..but transaction show success..I mail to relipay nd talk to customer care .. I send statement of customer account 1 month from transaction... relipay says our portal show success...when i say where is the money then they not reply me...they don't refund my payment...so please be careful to work in this company.....
