Ratings and reviews

You can't get into the app without first creating an account. Why would I need an account just to get an alert for when I should lower my flag? More importantly, why should I need an account before I could even see what's in the app and if I want it at all? If you want to monetize on my info, maybe at least give me an opportunity to see if I like what I get in return. But no, you wouldn't. You instead created this unnecessary cost for your prospective user, and I would rather not pay that cost.

I havnt found much use for this app. I dont get notifications, flag status is not updated during Presidential or State proclamations. Also the app showed to have flags at Half staff for "Lowering the Cost of Living" where no such Presidential or State prolimation was made. I have notifications turned on and zip code correctly input, but have never recieved a notification. Best thing I can say about the app is that it allows you to access their store. Thats about it.

it's a nice looking app and is a great addition to your flagpole purchase but it never alerted me to half staff just recently in light of the Senator death and yes I double checked my setting ans I have push notifications on, wind and half staff...wish it was better
