Service Welfare is a Flutter-based mobile application built for employees of the Federal Civil Service. It serves as a centralized digital platform for staff engagement and organizational communication.

The app allows users to browse and bookmark categorized news and publications, engage through comments and likes, and receive personalized article recommendations. Staff can participate in awards and recognition programs by nominating colleagues, tracking nomination statuses, and attaching supporting documents.

Real-time messaging is powered by WebSocket (Laravel Reverb), supporting one-on-one conversations with typing indicators and online presence. Users can discover organizational events, view details, and track service anniversaries and career milestones.

Each employee has a profile tied to their IPPIS number, with department details, personal information, and a profile picture. The app supports both light and dark themes, in-app PDF viewing, and employee search to find and connect with colleagues across the service.
