About this app

Servio Orders is the tablet app for restaurant staff taking orders on the floor.

Take orders, move them from new to making to ready, and print receipts without leaving the counter.

WHAT IT DOES

PRINTING
Pair your receipt printer once in Settings, then print. Servio Orders supports Bluetooth receipt printers, Wi-Fi printers on your local network and USB printers. The app tells you when a receipt has been sent and when the printer has confirmed it, so you know whether the receipt came out.

DESIGNED FOR THE FLOOR
Large touch targets, fast order handling, and an offline screen that tells you what to do when the connection drops instead of showing a blank page.

Servio Orders is part of the Servio restaurant platform. A Servio staff account is required to sign in.

What’s new

Adds an update-required prompt and Google Play in-app updates to help keep Servio Orders current. Update prompts wait while orders or printing are active. Includes the Android microphone permission fix.
